Software Support & Coding Technician

On-site, full-time office role supporting internal systems at a Printing & Labeling Manufacturer.
Job Description
We are hiring someone who can quickly learn our company-specific software and provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support with small coding fixes. This person will work on-site full-time in the office, supporting all systems we use, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping develop new features and improvements to our internal software. The ideal candidate can learn fast, work independently, communicate clearly, and support additional tasks or technical projects requested by the CEO.
Responsibilities
Learn all internal company software and how programs connect
Work on-site in the office daily
Troubleshoot basic system or software issues
Complete Level 1/2 coding tasks (ex: scripts, field edits, small logic updates, API calls)
Support development of new software features and improvements
Assist with data cleanup, reporting, and verifying system accuracy
Collaborate with Operations, Production, and CSR teams to resolve software issues
Document software updates and processes
Complete extra tasks or projects assigned by the CEO
Escalate larger issues to development when needed
Qualifications
Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL or similar) (going to school for this is fine!)
Strong problem-solving skills
Quick systems learner
Self-starter, organized, dependable, and able to work independently
1–3 years experience in software support or junior development is a plus (not required)
Must be able to complete E‑Verify
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship)
Schedule & Pay
Mon-Friday Day Shift
$24 – $30 per hour depending on experience
Temp-to-Hire, full-time conversion possible for the right fit
