What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a licensed Hair Stylist or Barber
Established clientele/book of business with proven client retention
Expertise in precision cutting, color, and balayage. Extensions, men’s grooming, and fades a plus.
Commitment to outstanding client service and consistent professionalism
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus
Professional, polished appearance that reflects our high-end brand
Active Colorado Cosmetology License

Build and maintain long-term client relationships and referrals
Stay current with trends, techniques, and advanced education
Recommend salon services and retail products confidently
