Established roofing company seeking installation crew for high quality roofing and metal work. We install standing seam, shingle, EPDM and custom metal fascia on large custom homes and also re-roofs.
We have a small, efficient team and our own fabrication shop, so we always have materials ready to go so you are not waiting.
We are looking to build a long term relationship with a 2-5 person install crew with some experience in shingle and metal roofing. We will take the time to help learn details and how to install high quality roof work. We have great projects with great builders and homeowners and plenty of work for 3-5 days per week of work to start. We will have full time work available for you if we think you are a good fit. We do not do hail or insurance work and we always have consistent work scheduled.
We can arrange to cover lodging/hotel costs and also have lodging available at our shop for weekly use so you can stay over night when working on jobs so you don't have to commute.
We pay well and pay every time for completed work, and we treat our installers with respect.
Must have transportation, Workmens Comp Insurance, Auto Insurance, and General Liability Insurance. We require certain endorsements, which we will pay for the first year of, if you have to add them to your policy.
