Project/Contract Management
Position oversees and monitors the assigned projects or contracts.

Plans and studies local community improvement projects emphasizing public/private financial cooperation, community need and project feasibility.
Assesses contractors’/grantees’ performance on existing projects to determine whether they have the capacity to complete proposed contracts.
Assists stakeholders/applicants with obtaining information/documents as required to evaluate potential new partnerships for affordable housing.

The Office of Housing Recovery exists to work with public and private entities, nonprofit organizations and public housing authorities to create and rehabilitate housing for low and moderate income persons; to deliver safe, reliable emergency housing assistance to low, moderate and middle income persons; to provide shelter and supportive services to the homeless; to provide safe, sanitary, decent housing for low and moderate income persons and families throughout the state through allocation of funds from federal and state grant programs; and, delivery of technical assistance and training to applicants and grantees.This position will assist with the implementation and day to day administration of the Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance Program (CERA) to include drafting or updating program guidelines for approval by the team lead, assist in procuring administering agencies, assist with grant/contract monitoring to ensure compliance with state/federal rules and regulations, prepare documents for grant and contract agreements, prepare financial documents such as payment requests, assist in contract/grant closeout at the end of their contract term to include sub recipient monitoring.
