Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in Burlingame, California as a Sales Assistant in the telecom industry. This role involves ensuring high levels of customer retention and satisfaction through strategic customer engagement and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to analyze data to drive retention efforts. Responsibilities: Engage with customers proactively to understand and address their needs. Identify blockers to renewal and implement strategies to improve customer loyalty. Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring minimal escalation and high satisfaction. Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and senior management to deliver exceptional service. Directly negotiate with customers to overcome adoption barriers and develop plans to resolve pain points. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities in Salesforce. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention and reducing churn. Work closely with the Sales and Support Teams to handle escalations and enhance the customer experience. Identify, create, and deliver content to support customer adoption and engagement needs. Demonstrate the ability to rapidly learn and efficiently navigate multiple business systems, ensuring seamless task completion and operational effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience in a sales assistant role or similar Exceptional customer service and communication skills Experience in management and sales Ability to document and maintain accurate records Experience with billing functions and planning processes Proficiency in providing workstation support and troubleshooting issues Negotiation and digital skills are essential Knowledge of financial notes and data analysis Fluency in Spanish is a plus Proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction Ability to collaborate effectively with team members Regular attendance and punctuality is expected Proficient in using CRM systems Ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively Proficiency in decision-making and recognizing patterns Strong analytical skills Familiarity with loan renewal processes is desirable Must be proactive and take initiative in tasks.
