Seeking a Fluid Assembly TechnicianJob DescriptionAs an Assembly Technician, you will assemble, test, and troubleshoot fluid systems and components, ensuring precision fitting and quality standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with teams to resolve issues, maintain records, and follow safety protocols.Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and troubleshoot fluid systems and components.
Perform precision fitting, alignment, and adjustment of fluid system components.
Bend, clamp, and weld hoses.
Conduct quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet standards and requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly issues.
Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and test results.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Assist in the development and implementation of assembly procedures and best practices.
Must Have
Fabrication
Blueprint reading
Fluid systems knowledge
Manual welding and weld assembly
Use of hand and power tools
Quality checks
Tube bending
Inspection equipment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical work experience
Minimum 2-5 years of assembly and fabrication experience
Experience in manual welding is preferred
