Job Title: InspectorJob DescriptionWe are actively seeking two experienced Inspectors for our first shift operations. One position is intermediate level, while the other specifically requires experience with DPRV/DSQR/DQR. Successful candidates will be responsible for the final inspection of aerospace parts and components, potentially operating a CMM machine as needed. Daily tasks include both visual and dimensional inspections using standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, borescopes, and more. Inspectors will compare products against customer specifications, create non-conformance reports, and use GD&T extensively. Responsibilities also include verifying certification packages before final approval. The DQR Inspector, in addition to the above duties, will handle product release, first article inspection in accordance with AS9102, product auditing, customer approvals, matching supplier certificates to purchase orders, source inspection, and root cause analysis for non-conformances.Hard Skills

2+ years experience as an Inspector in Aerospace

Proficiency in GD&T

Experience with DPRV/DSQR/DQR

First Article Inspection (FAI)

Auditing experience

Pratt/GE experience (preferred)

Soft Skills

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in East Granby, Connecticut.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is clean, well-lit, and highly organized with a mix of new and old machines. There are 200 people on the shop floor across two shifts. Personal Protective Equipment such as steel-toed shoes and safety glasses are required on the floor. The typical schedule includes Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM for the first shift, and 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM for the second shift.
