We are seeking a motivated entry-level attorney to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in intellectual property law and gain hands-on experience in trademark applications and IP litigations. As an integral part of our legal team, you will work closely with senior attorneys to provide comprehensive legal support.
Key Responsibilities:
Gradually lead in trademark applications, disputes, and maintenance.
Conduct legal research and analysis related to intellectual property matters
Draft and review legal documents for trademark and patent litigations
Assist in IP settlement negotiations and support litigations as needed.
Perform other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in Connecticut
GPA above 3.0
Self-motivated, capable of multitasking and well-organized
Good written and oral communication skills
Technical background is a plus (not required)
Compensation:
Competitive to market and in 1099 format
