Skilled Welder–Fabricator Needed (MIG Required) - Also looking
(English fluency is essential — clear communication is critical for safety and accuracy.)
We are expanding our fabrication team and are hiring more than one skilled welder/fabricator. Applicants with several years of awning fabrication experience may qualify for a sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Perform metal fabrication including cutting, fitting, assembling parts, and MIG welding for custom awnings and structural builds.
- Ensure all welds meet industry standards and project specifications.
- Work closely with design and installation teams to ensure accuracy and proper execution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements: (Please Read Before Applying)
- Prior experience in metal fabrication and MIG welding is REQUIRED.
(A hands-on welding/fabrication test is part of the interview process.)
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English.
- Strong proficiency in MIG welding techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Wages are based on experience, with higher rates for seasoned awning fabricators.
