As a General Manager, you will have end to end responsibility for your region. We are seeking a growth mindset, career driven, transformation leader who excels at:

Establishing and executing business plans utilizing Honeywell’s growth drivers to grow share and profit

Understanding how to translate customer goals to solutions with software-industrial technology.

Leading both direct and indirect employees.

Analyzing processes and data to simplify, find root cause, and resolve issues pro-actively.

Speaking with customers placing them as your top priority.

Motivating teams to turn strategy into execution through a large workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Accountable for Profit & Loss and growth

Manage customer relationships

Understand growth drivers and integrate into customer roadmaps

Manage contractual compliance and risk

Drive planning and reporting

Develop staff competencies

Drive employment engagement

Ensure safety compliance

The annual base salary range for this position is $174K - $215K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.YOU MUST HAVE

10+ years of experience in industrial or technology sector

Master’s Degree

Extensive management experience with P&L accountability.

Strong sales, branch management and operations experience.

Industry experience, highly desired.

Ability to motivate and build high performing teams.

Process/systems and results orientated.
