Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sales Assistant in NORWALK, Connecticut. In this role, you will primarily be assisting the sales team, managing schedules, responding to emails and phone calls, and utilizing Salesforce to keep track of conversations. Responsibilities: Assisting the sales team to enhance efficiency and productivity. Scheduling appointments ensuring optimal time management. Handling all incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls. Engaging in warm calls to potential leads. Utilizing Salesforce for tracking and recording conversations. Ensuring accurate data entry related to sales activities. Proactively contributing to outbound sales initiatives. Requirements Proficient in Data Entry: Applicants must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks, with the ability to handle large volumes of data. Outbound Sales Experience: Candidates should have a proven track record in outbound sales, with the ability to convert leads into customers effectively. Excellent Communication Skills: Candidates need to possess strong oral and written communication skills, with the capacity to engage and build relationships with clients. Customer Service Oriented: Applicants should have a strong customer service mindset, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically. Team Player: Candidates must be capable of working collaboratively within a team, with the ability to contribute positively to the team's objectives. Ability to Work under Pressure: Applicants should have the capacity to perform efficiently in high-pressure situations, maintaining composure and focus. Familiarity with Sales Software: Candidates should have experience using sales software and CRM systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Problem-Solving Skills: Applicants need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and make effective decisions. Time Management Skills: Candidates must possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
