CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant

Led by the community's Director of Health and Wellness, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Managers (CNA) to assist residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.Schedule:  Full-Time Evenings with weekend availability                   2:00pm - 10:00pm or 10:00pm - 6:00am                   Per Diem: Days, Evenings, and Overnights                    6:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, or 10:00pm - 6:00amSalary: $21.00 - $21.10                  Responsibilities and DutiesProvide resident care to residents that include bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, as outlined in their care planMaintain the safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of all residentsEscort residents to meals and activitiesEnsures all assigned residents are clean, neatly dressed and groomed, safe, and fed during assigned shiftsDocument all services provided to your assigned residents during your shiftReport any change of condition in a resident immediately to your supervisor
