Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Family Support Services Coordinator in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia. As a key player in the non-profit industry, you will be responsible for managing activities, developing resources, ensuring data collection, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: Manage calendars of activities, including both in-house events and external field trips. Collaborate with team members to research and develop resources that support guests and enhance their experience. Consistently collect data relevant to family-related activities and reports. Ensure all guest records and occupancy details are accurate and well-maintained. Utilize CRM for efficient customer service and communication. Perform calendar management tasks to ensure smooth operations. Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries as they arise. File and organize documents and records for easy retrieval when needed. Requirements Must have experience with CRM systems Proficient in calendar management Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service skills and experience Must be organized and have experience with filing and record keeping Non-profit industry experience is a plus Ability to work with families and understand their needs Knowledge of community resources and services Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Must have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred Experience in a coordinator role is a plus.
