The Candidate will serve as the daily support for the ASPMO Budget Team. This includes general support for budget and financial efforts, and program management office requirements. The Candidate will provide direct client-facing support and participate in the overall Federal Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) procedures, especially for obligations and expenditures, and to track, monitor, and analyze budget using Microsoft Excel, Access, and SAP. They will also have a strong focus on the Intragovernmental Payment and Collection (IPAC) to ensure that services are rendered in collaboration with the federal Budget Analysts and programs.The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. Assist with the preparation of the new process improvement ideas, such as the changes required to shift to the new Government invoicing system

Conduct financial data analysis using SAP processes to support budget decision-making and strategic planning

Understand several budget processes such as transferring funds, paying invoices, entering data into SAP, and returning funds

Advise and collaborate with team members on budget operations within the databases used for budget tasks

Develop and maintain client relationships

Provide accurate and timely reports to clients containing billing information

Analyze accounting information in SAP for over five fiscal years

Conduct in-depth research and reconciliation for several accounts and programs on a monthly basis

Analyze previous billing data and cancelling year funds before invoice entries

Monitor customer communications regarding funding for print jobs

An Active CBP Tier 4 High Risk Public Trust or DoD Top Secret is required

Bachelor's degree

Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
