The Professional 1, Production work assignments are often straightforward and of moderate complexity.Where you Come InThe Production Professional works with internal clients on preformatted periodic publications such as quarterly reports. This individual handles relations with printers, designers, and other vendors. This individual counsels others on production techniques and processes. This person understands own work area, professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards. This person makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities and follows direction. Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards with some interpretation.The Production Professional for the ID Card team will collect and analyze multi-faceted data using advanced methodologies and tools. This individual will then use the data you have generated to develop programs for process and productivity improvements, assisting in the presentation and implementation of your recommendations and solutions.

Generate comparative analyses of actual results to expected results and report your findings

Partner with the business areas for issue resolution and ensuring process efficiency

Determine root cause issues as they relate to people, process and technology

Recommend solutions based upon data and feedback

Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7a -4p EST with mandatory overtime during Annual Enrollment Period

Working knowledge of Humana systems, including Customer Interface (CI) and SharePoint

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel

Team player, ability to collaborate with internal partners/customers

Strong and proven research skills experience

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage several tasks/projects simultaneously

Work-At-Home Requirements

At minimum, a download speed of 25 mbps and an upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
