Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a cleared Creative Design Program Manager to support a large government client located in Washington, DC. This individual will be joining the Transformation Support Teams Change Management group and will support in generating high quality visual content intended for internal use to engage diverse learning styles. This includes visual infographics (flyers and posters), audio and visual learning, track and publish necessary updates to SharePoint, and manage timely and recurring content on the SharePoint site. Additional responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Researching and turning content ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions.
Develop standardized processes for managing project content submissions and use available software to design high quality visual content
Create and publish products and promote easy use across the org
Design internal dashboards, graphs, surveys, reports to facilitate awareness of transformation progress and engagement with project progress

Strong written and oral communication skills
Technical skills in capturing and analyzing qualitative/quantitative data and developing reporting dashboards
Relevant design software expertise (Piktochart, Canva, etc.)
Hands-on familiarity with Content Management Systems (SharePoint, etc.)
Experience with designing workflows and technical solutions for brainstorming, idea generation, or other creative processes
Ability to effectively work with others to achieve common goals through communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. - PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications null
