UNIVERSAL MOTORS is currently seeking a qualified Automotive Sales / Finance Manager to be a part of our amazing team.

This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional who is excited by automotive management with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge. We need a leader who can train bright new talent and who is passionate about delivering the best customer service.

Job Responsibilities

Contract car sales, sell and finance vehicles and close deals

Generate finance income on all sold customers

Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions

Contract or collect all money at closing

Seek bank approval on financed and leased deals

Assist in acquiring approval from lenders

Job Requirements

A minimum of one year Automotive / Finance Management experience

Experience developing sales staff

Basic Knowledge of CRMs, Frazer, DCS, Dealers Cloud, Dealer Track is a plus

Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

High School Diploma or higher; college degree preferred

Must be authorized to work in the USA

Must be able to pass background checks (MVR, drug test etc)

Previous experience in the automotive industry required

Minimum 1 year of experience in the management of used car inventory required

Ability to adapt and learn in a sales environment

Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing

Have quality customer service skills

Possess strong communication skills

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
