Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in selecting cigars and accessories
Maintain a clean, organized lounge environment
Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
Handle sales transactions and restocking
Requirements:
Excellent communication and hospitality skills
Must be 21+
Reliable, responsible, and professional appearance
must have experience in cigar industry or knowledge.
Preferred Qualities:
Friendly, personable, and comfortable engaging with guests
Interest in cigars or willingness to learn about premium brands
