VCR repair needed

My childhood VCR has been acting up in the past few months (yes, I still watch tapes haha). When I press play, sometimes it will turn on but often it shuts right off. The rewind and fast forward features make very loud noises. And recently, the VCR pulled out all the tape of a cassette I had put in. I'd love to be able to salvage this beloved TV. Thanks!
