We are currently seeking a professional and energetic Graphic Designer with a strong skillset in customer service to work with our customers and act as a primary contact between our customers and our production staff. The candidate must be mature and possess a “can do” attitude and be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast- paced, deadline driven environment. The position is responsible for providing excellent customer communications in all aspects of working through the operation of a marketing and printing company. The responsibilities will include the understanding of client’s needs, providing solutions, putting together an estimate, processing, and inputting orders, and performing the graphics work to satisfy the requirements. The Designer/CSR will then need to follow up on the project until it reaches the end of the cycle and continue to build the relationship with the clients for future projects. The whole customer service cycle is the objective to ensure an excellent experience for the client.

Experience and Skills:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

3 years of Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience working with business-to-business customers including handling customer inquiries, preparation of job quotes, and order input.

Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and the internet for research purposes.

Be proficient with Adobe suite of products such as Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop with a minimum of 2 years' experience and the drive to advance.

Professional appearance, excellent communication skills and a keen sense of urgency to get things done.

Strong attention to detail and experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines for customer orders in a quality manner.

Ability to prioritize work, collaborate with and support team members but also work independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to maintain a pleasant, outgoing demeanor and work in a team environment.

Be both honest and punctual

Working Requirements:

This is NOT a remote work position. As a manufacturing operation, all staff come to the office each day.

Work closely with the manager in charge for workload distribution as needed

Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Must be able to tolerate machine noises.

Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Must satisfactorily complete all assigned training activities for the position.

As this is an in-person we need your committed presence at the office unless there are approved out of the office activities.

Must have reliable transportation and have a valid driver’s license for some short distance meetings with clients or marketing activities, when necessary.

Essential Duties for the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop positive relationships with existing and new customers by learning about, understanding and fulfilling their short- and long-term business needs.

Managing incoming emails, answering in-person and telephone inquiries from customers and prospects, and advising clients on the most effective and efficient ways to fulfill their requests.

Responsible for acquiring all required information from customers and preparing estimates and quotes for the customer.

Input customer orders into point-of-sale system and manage orders from data entry through production and delivery to the customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Stay up to date on job status on all active orders and address customer and production inquiries in a timely manner.

Analyze current accounts to identify additional opportunities to develop new business from existing clients.

Exercise any simple and set up graphics needs but can be prepared to work with some new challenges in this area.

Identify and help develop prospective customers that visit the center.

Work with inactive customer’s accounts via outbound telephone contacts.

Provide customer service support for house accounts, as assigned.

Open to learning and performing actual hands-on on the digital and wide format printing equipment

Perform all other duties, as may be necessary.

In addition to pay, the following benefits are included:

Flexible hours start time. Center hours Mon-Fri 8am – 5:30pm.
