We are a fast-growing small business seeking a reliable and hard-working individual for a manufacturing labor position. The company produces residential fire suppression systems, and this position will perform assembly line functions including, but not limited to: filling bags with suppression liquid, testing electronic boards, conducting final assembly of units in their shipping box, and preparing shipping orders. Other responsibilities include helping with parts inventory and occasional unloading of trucks. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions accurately, and complete repetitive tasks efficiently. There are multiple positions of this type available.
Key Responsibilities:
-Understand the Firebot line of products
-Follow detailed instructions and processes, including the correct assembly requirements for each product.
-Identify and communicate possible improvements to management
-Integrate into a team environment
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
-Reliable and punctual
-Ability to lift at least 20 pounds
-Must be able to stand for long periods during the workday
-Able to carry out repetitive work with attention to detail
-Must be able to communicate in English
