Responsibilities:
1)Accurately diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a variety of vehicle makes and models using advanced diagnostic equipment.
2) Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and all aspects of routine maintenance (oil changes, brake systems, suspension, HVAC, etc.).
3) Clearly document all services performed and recommended repairs using shop management software.
4) Communicate technical diagnoses and repair needs effectively and professionally to service advisors and customers.
5) Adhere to all safety and environmental rules, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
6) Stay up-to-date with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous learning and training.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1) Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional Automotive Technician.
2) Strong diagnostic problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
3)ASE Certifications are highly preferred (especially A4, A5, A6, A7), but not strictly required for experienced candidates.
4) A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
5) Must furnish own tools (though a tool program may be available).
6)Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
