ARMED - FIREARMS REQUIRED
All Officers shall remain armed and shall carry no more than one unconcealed, highly visible, and loaded sidearm at all times while on duty at the Assignment Location indicated in this Work Order. Any sidearm carried by Officers shall be free from any defects, in excellent working order, contain the lawful maximum quantity of live ammunition, and shall be retained in a side holster with a safety strap, loop, snap, etc. in place. Any safety mechanism built-in to the sidearm shall remain fully engaged. Protos Security prohibits the discharge of firearms at all times, excluding actions performed in the line of duty by Officers in order to lawfully defend and protect themselves and others.
UNIFORM - IDENTIFICATION
Security Personnel shall be identified by displaying a metal identification badge, an embroidered identification chest patch, and/or embroidered identification shoulder patches as part of any professional Uniform, which shall remain visible and in plain view at all times while Security Personnel are on duty at the Post Position and Assignment Location specified in this Work Order.
