Position Overview
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for connecting with potential clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, and setting qualified appointments for our agents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying organized, and working toward measurable goals.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the team
Respond to and follow up with inbound buyer and seller inquiries
Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with prospective clients
Track conversations, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM
Set appointments and transfer qualified leads to agents
Meet weekly and monthly performance goals
Qualifications
Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with new people
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once
Tech-friendly; willing to learn CRM systems
Goal-driven and able to follow established scripts and processes
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Interest in real estate is preferred
