2. Braiding Stylist
ABOUT SPA TECH POSITION: The ideal candidate will assist with Body Contouring, Lymphatic Massage, natural and non-invasive aesthetic treatments with EMS Sculpt, Laser, Cavitation, Radio Frequency Skin Tightening and Vacuum Therapy.
No prior experience necessary! You will be trained and certified to use our non-invasive medical equipment and instructed on how to conduct client consultations. This job is very hands-on, you will be examining and performing services on males and females so you must be completely comfortable working on clients’ faces and bodies.
ABOUT BRAIDING STYLIST POSITION: The ideal candidate will assist with performing protective braiding styling and designs. The candidate must be able to have little to no tension when braiding clients hair. No license is necessary. .

JOB DESCRIPTION (Position Specific):
1. Perform natural non-invasive body contouring, EMS Sculpt & rejuvenation treatments
2. Provide hair braiding services with little to no tension on clients hair
3. Conduct client consultations for first-time clients with a focus on assessing their goals and recommending a customized treatment plan to help the client achieve their goal
4. Take clients before & after photos
5. Build rapport with the client from the second they walk in the door to the second they leave – create a welcoming and positive atmosphere and an outstanding Gold Star experience
6. Review client goals & progress – recommend additional treatments & adjustments when necessary
7. Keep detailed and specific client charts that are frequently updated – attention to detail is important

The ideal Candidate:
1. Exceptional people skills and the ability to develop deep rapport with people. A positive customer experience is our highest priority.
2. Lots of experience being hands-on with clients (think CNA/GNA, LPN, RN, massage therapist, aesthetician, hairstylist, cosmetologist, etc.)
3. Experience educating customers about treatments and products.
4. A positive and welcoming demeanor.
5. A strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent time management skills.
