Position Title: AV Sound Technician
Department: Worship Arts / AV Team
Reports To: Pastor, Church Leadership
Status: Part-Time (Flexible/Weekends -2-4 hrs./per week and as needed for special services or events)
Hourly Rate: Negotiable

Our church is searching for a skilled AV Sound Technician to help deliver immersive, distraction-free worship services every week. This is your chance to use your technical expertise AND your heart for ministry to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do…
Mix FOH, monitor, and/or broadcast audio for weekend services and major events
Work with a digital console
Support worship teams, vocalists, musicians and communicators with clarity and excellence
Help maintain and upgrade audio systems
Provide Technical Support
Train and mentor volunteer audio operators who love serving as much as you do
Be part of a collaborative AV team that values creativity, teamwork, and spiritual growth

We're Looking for Someone Who…
Has experience mixing live audio (large-church or live-event preferred)
Understands digital consoles and networked audio
Assist with Recording & Streaming
Has a strong ear for musical detail and clarity
Stays calm under pressure and solves problems quickly
Loves teamwork, communication, and serving others
Commitment to excellence, integrity, and supporting the mission of the church
Is passionate about using technical gifts to glorify God
