Event Manager

Description We are offering an opportunity for an Event Coordinator role in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry. This role is based in Altamonte Springs, Florida, and will be performed in a hybrid workplace, with a balance of onsite and remote work. This is a contract employment opportunity, with a focus on coordinating events, managing logistics, and maintaining excellent customer service.Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and logistics. Utilize CRM to manage event details, track event progress, and communicate with stakeholders. Prepare and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient use of resources. Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving any issues or inquiries related to the event. Work with various software tools such as BeOS, Chef, Fusion, and Crystal Reports to manage and analyze event data. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of events. Utilize communication skills to effectively promote events and engage participants. Maintain knowledge of 'About Time' and 'Budget Processes' to ensure efficient time and budget management. Apply exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously. Use problem-solving skills to handle any issues that arise during the planning and execution of events.
