Director/Manager Financial Reporting

Description We are seeking a Director/Manager Financial Reporting to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting processes within the commercial property industry. This involves managing the use of various accounting software systems, ensuring compliance with tax requirements, and analyzing financial trends and variances.Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations Utilize accounting software systems such as Yardi, BlackLine, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient financial management Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards Manage budget processes, allocating resources as necessary and monitoring expenditure Ensure compliance with corporate tax requirements, including the preparation of complex tax returns and liaising with local taxing authorities Use analytical skills to analyze financial statements, revenues, and business requirements Utilize Yardi Property Management and other Yardi software for efficient property financial management Conduct financial analysis and analytics to inform business decisions Interface with ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial services Identify and analyze variances in financial trends to inform strategic planning. Requirements Seeking active CPA Familiarity with EPS and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Experience in Auditing and Budget Processes Proficiency in using Yardi, Yardi Breeze, Yardi Enterprise, Yardi Property Management, Yardi Software, and Yardi Voyager Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services Experience in handling Consolidated Tax Return, Corporate Tax Compliance, Corporate Income Tax, Complex Tax Return, Complex Tax, Corporate Tax Department, and Corporate Tax Return Proficiency in Federal Income Tax Return, Federal Income Tax, Federal Tax, Federal Tax Return, Federal Taxes, Multi-state Tax Returns, Multi-state Tax, Monthly Sales Tax, Local Taxing Authorities, Local Taxing Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Financial Analytics Ability to Analyze Financial Statements, Analyze Revenues, Analyze Trends Strong Analytical Skills and Analytical Reasoning Experience in Analyzing Business Requirements and Analyzing VarianceRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
