Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Purchase & Sales Specialist in the service industry, located in Boca Raton, Florida. The role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, with a focus on processing orders, ensuring efficient communication, and possessing a deep understanding of sales processes and invoicing. Responsibilities: Accurate data entry and management in ERP systems Handling the entire sales order process from creation to delivery Maintaining strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Ensuring effective communication with customers and team members Utilizing various accounting software systems for efficient work processes Understanding and applying knowledge of buying processes Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Utilizing ERP solutions for better data management Applying knowledge of 3M to enhance efficiency in the role.
