Creative Phone Customer Service Representative – Hourly Pay + Weekly Bonus (Ormond Beach)

We are a well-established event and internet marketing company with over 20 years of experience. We're seeking enthusiastic candidates who are creative, motivated, and ready to grow with us. If you have customer service or sales experience, we provide paid training to help you master the skills and scripts needed to excel in this role. This position offers 30-35 hours per week in our Ormond Beach office on weekdays.
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, building rapport and establishing confidence
in our services.
Sales Support: Ask open-ended, probing questions to identify customer needs, make tailored recommendations, and promote
our event marketing products and services.
Data Management: Accurately input customer information into software systems, manage schedules for drivers and trucks, and
maintain thorough records.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, pricing, and promotions to
effectively communicate their value to customers.
Administrative Tasks: Prepare related paperwork and documents daily to ensure smooth operations.
Creative Thinking: Apply creative problem-solving to meet the unique needs of small to large corporations.
Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks and Salesforce (or similar contact management programs).
A proven track record in customer service or inside sales.
Ability to think creatively and tailor solutions to diverse client needs.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
