Job Description:We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support our growing business in South Florida. The successful candidate will be accountable for the day-to-day management and execution of projects, coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, as well as overseeing the workforce at the job site. The initial project involves a large, high-profile, $200+ million highway expansion. Responsibilities include directing, planning, and managing construction projects across various markets to ensure they are completed ahead of schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and procedural policies. Additional duties involve sub-contractor procurement, budget development, construction job site administrative tasks, and managing construction and engineering schedules.Qualifications:
5+ years of civil construction management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Project P6, HCSS, and other Construction Software on Apple Computers and iPads
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints, contracts, and governmental regulations
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Effective written and oral communication skills
Ability to present to potential clients, host meetings, and manage overall project expectations
Quality control
Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
