Mailroom ClerkJob Description
Efficiently manage and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Ensuring mail is delivered accurately and promptly throughout the organization.
Your role includes receiving, logging, and sorting incoming mail and packages.
Distributing mail to appropriate departments or individuals.
Preparing outgoing mail and packages for shipping.
Operating mailroom equipment.
Maintaining records of all mail transactions.
Resolving mail-related issues.
Assisting with inventory management of office supplies.
Maintaining a clean and organized mailroom area.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual communication (Spanish preferred)
Computer skills including excel and word.
Expereince with outgoing and inbound mail.
