Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. Educating clients about our services, products, and wellness programs to help them make informed decisions. Building strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment within our facility. Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing client records. What We're Looking ForWe’re seeking a motivated individual who shares our passion for wellness and has the following qualifications: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industry. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients. Attitude: A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine desire to help others. Organization: Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
