We are a fast-growing commercial remodeling company seeking a Bilingual Estimator / Project Manager with experience in construction and strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Review plans, measurements, and scopes
Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals
Coordinate materials, schedules, and field teams (Chicago & Florida)
Communicate with clients, GCs, vendors, and inspectors
Track project costs, change orders, and documentation
Requirements:
Bilingual English–Spanish (Required)
Experience in commercial construction
Ability to read plans and prepare estimates
Strong communication & coordination skills
Valid driver’s license / willingness to travel
