Description We are in the process of recruiting a Project Assistant for our Marketing/PR team based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, 33301, United States. The selected candidate will be responsible for a range of duties, including data entry, customer service, and managing timelines. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Assist with the organization and execution of marketing projects Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all project-related information Provide top-notch customer service by resolving inquiries and issues in a prompt manner Utilize Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to create and manage project documents Organize files and documents to ensure easy accessibility and efficient retrieval Monitor project timelines and ensure all tasks are completed within the set deadlines Handle scanning and shipping functions as required for project materials Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure successful project execution Support the team in the creation of marketing materials such as banners and forms Conduct regular checks on project status and report updates to the project manager. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Demonstrated ability in data entry with high level of accuracy Experience in managing timelines for project execution Exceptional customer service skills, with ability to interact professionally with clients and team members Strong organizational skills, including the ability to maintain and organize files Prior experience with shipping functions and processes Ability to perform scanning tasks as needed for project documentation Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
