We’re looking for a serious, motivated, and passionate Line Cook - Full Time & Part Time
Experience and Qualification:
Previous kitchen experience with great attitude and work ethic.
Accuracy, speed in executing assigned tasks, attention to detail, cleanliness and organization, initiative in doing what needs to be done.
Ability to take constructive feedback and criticism.
Responsibilities:
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, dairy and other food items using knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags.
Processes prepared foods for service using ovens, gas stoves, griddles, fryers
Assure that each item is cooked to the Chef and guest’s specifications
Answer, report and follow executive chef’s instructions
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, broilers, sauté burners, ovens, flat top griddles and refrigeration equipment both during and after service, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Stock inventory appropriately with clearly written label ( Date/ Name )
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Assumes responsibility for quality, food safety/sanitation and timeliness of products served
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers, NO JERKS.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the management staff
Schedule: 1PM to 11PM
2 to 4 days off per week
The restaurant is open 6 days a week, from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Pay: $22-$24 hourly depending on experience.
Family meal is provided on working days + employee discount when you join us for dinner.
