Seeking experienced Cook Lead/Sous Chef to assist and maintain operations for high volume TakeOut/Online Ordering and Catering brand restaurant.
Set up and stock station with all necessary supplies
Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, portioning meat, preparing sauces)
Clean up station (ongoing)
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food / orders are accurate, timely
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers
Skills
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line restaurant cook or prep cook
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
