Vinnie’s by the Sea in Lauderdale by the Sea is looking for a full time EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT MANAGERS ( RECENT VERIFIABLE SIMILAR VENUE EXPERIENCE PLEASE) Mostly dinner shifts. Expect late nights especially in Season. Vinnie’s is an Italian American Bar and Grill. Vinnie’s has Live music and can be open in Season as late as 1-2am. Seats about 150 people. Applicant must have management experience, great people-skills, P.O.S. operation skills. Also experience managing an environment where Live music, DJ or House Music keeps the party going (to create a club environment)which is what we try to achieve nightly.
