We are looking for reliable, skilled Flooring Technicians to join our team. We specialize in concrete polishing/prep, epoxy floor systems, and wood flooring.
Job Responsibilities
Perform concrete prep, grinding, patching, and polishing
Help install epoxy flooring systems and coatings
Assist with installation, repair, and finishing of wood floors
Operate hand tools, power tools, and flooring equipment
Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Follow instructions and work efficiently with the team
Requirements:
Some experience in flooring or the construction industry required
Willingness to learn specialized flooring systems
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Pay & Schedule
Competitive pay based on experience
Full-time work, Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)
