Broward Litigation Law Firm - seeking paralegal/legal assistant who possesses experience and knowledge in the following areas:
Scheduling and coordinating hearings with counsels, judicial assistants and clients;
Experience in preparing pleadings (complaints, summons, answers, motions) and processing in State and Federal;
Ability to manage attorney's calendar, appointments and deadlines;
Ability to prepare notices of hearing, basic motions and general correspondence;
Detail oriented follow up skills;
Time Matters software program knowledge preferable;
Bilingual English - Spanish
