Part-Time IN-OFFICE Administrative Assistant – Miami Beach Law Firm
Daily tasks include:
Linking documents in PDFs and Excel
Creating client file folders in Microsoft Office
Physical and digital filing
Scanning and naming documents (paper + computer)
Entering bills and expenses in Excel and billing software
Basic invoicing, trust accounting and record keeping
Running to the post office or FEDEX when needed
Keeping the office running smoothly
Must have:
Strong Microsoft Office (Word + Excel) – we will give you a 10-minute test
Excellent English and professional phone manner
Reliable transportation (office is in Miami Beach). Free Parking.
Ability to be in the office at least 3–5 days per week (we can work around your schedule)
Positive attitude and reliable
$17-$20/hour to start – paid bi-weekly. This is a long-term position for the right person with growth potential
