Job Description
Position Title: Customer Servive
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Primary Responsibilities
1. Account Receivables Management:
Send bulk email communications to address Accounts Receivables (A/R).
Conduct timely follow-ups with customers via phone, email, or other methods.
Prepare and send account statements to ensure accurate tracking and payment collections.
2. Claims Handling:
Promptly contact customers to document and create Claim Reports.
Analyze claims to determine faults and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Coordinate with Sales Representatives to validate and communicate claim resolutions.
Record claims in the system and submit them to the Accounting Department for processing.
Notify customers and Sales Representatives of claim outcomes via email.
3. Sales Coverage Support:
Assist in placing orders into the system during high workload periods for Sales Representatives.
Enter customer orders when Sales Representatives are unavailable due to business trips or vacations.
Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with customers and teams.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail for handling claims and account tracking.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in software and systems for data entry, order processing, and record management.
Adaptability: Ability to multitask and handle a variety of sales-related responsibilities.
