Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors in a fast-paced healthcare call center environment

Greet visitors warmly and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department

Answer, route, and manage a high volume of phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area

Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and handling incoming/outgoing mail

Assist with scheduling, appointment reminders, and basic member inquiries as needed

Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure smooth front office operations

Protect company privacy and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
