Plantation based Stone Fabrication company with 20+ years in the industry seeking an Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to new and existing clients.
Duties:
- Welcome customers to our showroom and assist them as needed.
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with inquiries or concerns.
- Process orders, estimates and invoices efficiently.
- Maintain customer accounts by updating information as needed.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize QuickBooks for order processing and account management.
- Manage calendars and appointments for customers and staff.
- Coordinate projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Must have proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Must have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Must be have knowledge in using mobile (iPhone) and landline phone systems as well as office equipment.
- Familiarity in viewing blueprint/plans procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus.

Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30AM - 5PM
Starting pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour (with room for growth depending on experience)
