We’re hiring one part-time Debt Negotiator to help business owners who are falling behind on their loans and overwhelmed with debt. These are our existing clients — they've already signed up and are asking for help.
Your role is to communicate with their lenders (usually banks and MCA funders), explain the client's financial hardship, and negotiate realistic payment terms that help keep their business alive.
What You’ll Do
Speak directly with banks, funders, and lenders on behalf of enrolled clients
Explain hardship, present new payment plan options, and negotiate settlements or reduced terms
Set up payment plans that are sustainable for the client
Document communication and outcomes for internal tracking
Coordinate with our internal team, including attorneys and processors
On average, each client will have three lenders you’ll be negotiating with. You’ll receive up to 10 new clients per month, depending on performance and availability.
Compensation
Average client debt: $40,000–$80,000
Settlement fee: 20–30% of total debt
You earn 5% of the fee
Example: $60,000 debt settled for $15,000 fee → you earn $750
Compensation is paid as revenue is collected
Typical part-time negotiators earn between $2,000–$5,000/month depending on volume and negotiation skills, with potential to scale.
Ideal Candidate
You do not need MCA-specific experience. We’re looking for someone with basic experience in:
Customer service
Collections
Loan modification
Debt negotiation
Bank or lender communication
You must be confident on the phone, capable of handling high-stress conversations, and able to think clearly while negotiating under pressure. We’ll provide training, but we’re not looking to teach someone how to use a phone.
