Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to help grow our B2B client base. The main focus of this role is to set up new accounts with local cabinet makers, kitchen designers, renovation contractors, and design studios. This is a relationship-driven position with significant earning potential through commissions.
Responsibilities
Research, identify, and contact cabinet makers, kitchen designers, builders, and interior design studios in Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties
Set up new B2B accounts and maintain ongoing relationships.
Conduct in-person visits, product presentations, and showroom drop-ins.
Share product samples and explain our decorative glass capabilities.
Track leads, follow-ups, and activity using basic CRM tools.
Coordinate with production for quoting, timelines, and order details.
Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, customer service, or account development (highly preferred).
Experience in interior design, and/or home renovation industries is a plus.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and work authorization required
Bi-lingual a plus
Compensation
Hourly base pay plus commission on new and ongoing B2B accounts.
Opportunity for expanded hours and growth as sales increase.
