Duties:
Test rotating equipment and troubleshoot problems in field as well as shop
Disassemble rotating equipment (Motors, Pumps, Mixers, Blowers, Gearboxes, Valves, etc.) to evaluate the condition of their parts
Reassemble rotating equipment ((Motors, Pumps, Mixers, Blowers, Gearboxes, Valves, etc.) align, balance, & test
Field install & replace parts as needed (bearings, gears, seals, impellers, power cable)
Use of a multi-meter, megger, with familiarity around low & medium voltages
Operate, maintain, and drive a service body crane truck
Desired Skills and Requirements:
Experience with rotating equipment including pumps, mixers, motors, gearboxes, and valves for the water and wastewater industry a PLUS
Rotating Equipment rebuilding in the field a PLUS
Knowledge of Lift Stations & Treatment Plants a PLUS
MUST have a valid driver's license
