for some extra retirement income from a simple small easily managed project.
The project is a one-story CBS 4,000 sf storage building with a small office and bathroom. The second is an expansion of an existing state of the art horse barn, also 4,000 sf.
It's anticipated that the construction will be complete in under six months. All the sub-contractors and suppliers have been contracted so the scope of work is to manage all aspects of the construction process in a timely, orderly manner. To detail and record all work completed each day. To work with the subs and address their needs either directly or by communicating their needs back to management. To insist on all work being done in a "workman Like" and safe manner. To anticipate the future problems that will slow down or cause a work stoppage before it happens. In general to be a professional , prudent general site manager.
