Job Summary
As a General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality food production, and a positive dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Monitor food preparation and presentation
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
- Interview, hire, and train staff members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software
- Excellent hospitality and shift management skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Experience in interviewing and training staff members
