Job Posting: Experienced Landscape Crew Leader

Location: North Fort Myers - Sarasota - Punta Gorda - Cape Coral
Must be willing to travel around with the crew, as some projects take several weeks for us to complete and we will stay near the job site in a hotel or airbnb if necessary.
We’re currently stationed in South Sarasota / Nokomis . For Hurricane Cleanup / Redesign .
Position: Landscape Crew Leader
Pay:Starting Pay $30 per hour
Hours: 60 hours per week
+ Quarterly Bonus

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our growing team. As we expand, we need a dedicated leader to manage one of two crews of approximately 7-8 landscape professionals on each crew
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects while providing guidance and support to your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a landscape crew in various installation and renovation projects.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with management to effectively allocate resources and schedule work.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in landscaping.
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of landscape design principles and installation techniques.
-Bilingual a major + - as several members of the crew speaks Spanish / Little English
